"What I found most useful was... rather the mocks which has been organized by Dr. Arpita and Dr. Koshek... it is very important to do mocks... in a very timed manner. So with the help of the mocks which are organized by Dr Arpita and Koshik, I attended all of their exams... it helped me it really helped me... especially the discussion which followed after the mock was really helpful. The sessions were very interactive and exam oriented, and cases were on par with the exam standard. It was perfect for me to practise writing scripts. "I passed Frcpath part 2 in Autumn 2025. I had attended TRF long case session. The classes were exam oriented and cases were at par with the exam standard. The lymphoma class was especially helpful since it was a weak area for me.I'm grateful to Dr Kaushik, Dr Arpita, Dr Debdeep, Dr Hima and Dr Ashwini. The best way to sail through this exam is to solve as many cases as possible. The more cases you solve, the easier it becomes on the main exam day when stress levels are extremely high. I had solved Leeds extensively and every day, which was quite helpful."

"Dear TRF team,I passed FRCPATH exam. I have taken short surgicals Game changer course 6 months back.But couldn't give the exam due to my personal reasons. "My preparation started with first mock test that I gave with TRF in end of January. Although I was a bit disheartened by how I performed, it formed a base for my preparation and I learnt how to approach each section of the exam. Since my preparation was over two months I was not able to attend majority of your courses due to time constraints. But what stood out for me from TRF was the extreme motivation by both of you. I contacted Dr Kaushik multiple times and his words of guidance and support really encouraged me. For one of the classes when Dr Arpita made us write our existing qualifications along with FRCPath, that was extremely inspiring. I followed the last minute revision questions as well which were posted on the group. I would like to extend a big thank you to both of you. "Very thankful to be part of TRF group. Dr Arpita and Dr Kaushiks enthusiasm always keeps the group lively driving away our laziness. Dr kaushiks daily messages are very inspiring. Basically they remind us that each one of us have the same capacity and capability but it’s the attitude that makes the difference. Daily posted cases and last couple of months I enrolled for macro with dataset and cytology by Dr Fatima, which were very helpful as quick thorough revision. "Hi everyone, I attended TRF sessions for Short Surgicals, Cytology, Long Cases, and also took part in two mock exams towards the end. The Short Surgical Game Changer truly lived up to its name! For each unit, we received 20 exam oriented case links in advance. We were advised to write scripts for each case, followed by detailed discussions that covered differential diagnoses, safe approach strategies, brownie points and techniques to maximise marks. The short surgicals in the exam were quite tricky, with some cases showing subtle morphologies. It was essential to observe carefully and keep relevant differentials in mind. The repeated exposure to exam style cases helped me think logically and apply a structured approach during the actual exam. The Cytology course was also very well designed. It provided clear guidance on categorisation, structured reporting and effective strategies to maximise marks and minimise errors all explained in a very practical and impactful way by Dr. Fatima. The Long Case sessions were equally valuable, with well selected cases and focused discussions that helped me develop a systematic, exam oriented approach. In short, to anyone preparing for FRCPath Part 2, I highly recommend the TRF course it was truly instrumental in my preparation and success. I would also like to sincerely thank Dr. Arpita and Dr. Kaushik for being true mentors throughout this journey."

"Before leaving the group, I wanted to share how TRF helped me clearing my exam. In this exam, I realised the most important factor is to understand the approach and pattern of reporting as it is quite different yet simpler than Indian pattern of reporting. I have joined TRF short surgical mocks series, Cytology mock, Ospe session and grand mock. The case selection by Dr Kaushik and Dr Arpita was really good which helped me devlop my approach. With each mock I noticed my progress. They taught how to deal with the spotters but importantly how to deal with the cases you have no clue. This approach helped me deal with the difficult cases in exam. For cytology, I would say understand the pattern of commonly asked cases and see as many as cases. For Macron, Dr Arpita has suggested a checklist that helped me studying my dataset in smarter way. For frozen, you need to understand how to answer in the exam and solve cases from leeds as well as pathology portal learning hub on rcpath site. Dr Arpita’s motivational words will push you very much in this journey. It is totally doable exam with your hardwork and smart guidance. I would be glad if I could help anyone passing through this journey. All the best!! You all can do it."
TRF's mock test series helped me practice time management and gave me direction for the real exam.
"Hi, I am Dr Sonali. I am a consultant histopathologist working in NHS. I have cleared my FRC path part 2 exam in autumn 2024. I have joined TRF's grand mock, short surgical test series, psychology and OSPE session. So I would say all that sessions really helped me developing my own approach. So with short surgical test series, each and every month there there was one test and I have seen improvement in myself with each and every mock test. So you can discuss, you can practice the time management, you can practice writing your script, you can discuss your queries. They are really good answering your queries. So all these things will help you pushing and give you direction towards your goal. So I would highly recommend joining the short surgical test series and also the grand mock because that would mimic a real exam pattern. And just few days before your exam if you will feel that situation, if you feel the time management and everything, so that would help you in your real exam. So I would really, I would highly recommend joining TRF test series because I have seen improvement in myself and I hope you all will clear your exam soon. All the best, thank you TRF."

Dr. Shubha explains how TRF helped her build an approach for familiar and unfamiliar cases.
"Hi, I'm Shubha. I passed my FRC part two in Spring 2025. This was my second attempt. I had enrolled for the Short Surgical Game Changer and complete mock by TRF. So these courses, they helped me to build an approach to deal with the routine as well as not so familiar cases and how to come to a safe conclusion when you are in an unknown territory. Also, the discussions which were held by all the faculty members in the complete mock, that helped a lot. The complete mock and writing the scripts in a timed manner, that really helped me during the real exam situation. And not just this, also the meditative and the visualization technique especially by Dr. Arpita, that helped me a lot and that helped me immensely. So I want to thank the entire team TRF for all the guidance and all the help that they provided me for the exam preparation. Thank you."
